Existing Team Drivers Job Overview
- Up to $100,000 per driver. Teams earn $0.52-$0.74CPM, based on verified experience, with pay structures designed to reward consistency and professionalism.
- Miles that keep both seats paid. Teams average 5,500 miles per week, with top teams running up to 6,500 miles, keeping trucks moving and paychecks strong.
- $8,000 sign-on bonus opportunity. Qualifying teams can earn an $8,000 sign-on bonus when running dedicated team freight. (California drivers not eligible.)
- Dedicated lanes, predictable freight. Run dry van team lanes designed to support reliable weekly income and long-term stability.
